Hey Derek, thanks for reaching out. You made a good call adding the front steering stabilizer and front sway bar. If those didn't take care of the shaking, that makes me think this is a balance, tire, or alignment issue. Before you add any more aftermarket upgrades, I'd recommend getting the front end aligned and making sure all the tires are properly balanced and inflated to the proper PSI. That stuff alone fixes a ton of “shaking at highway speed” complaints on the F53.
Once you have that squared away, if things are still shaking, a rear stabilizer shock is hands-down the next move. The Safe-T-Plus Belharra Shocks # ST25QR should help lock down a lot of that vertical movement.
After that, if things are still shaking, I'd look at adding either upgraded shocks, or a front axle air bag kit like the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs with Internal Jounce Bumpers - Front Axle # AL88240. Those will do a good job stabilizing the ride and absorbing bumps or shaking.
If it still feels loose after that, then you start looking at stuff like rear sway bar upgrades, but most guys never need to go that far once the basics are done.
Bottom line, if it were in my bay: I’d fix tires/balance/alignment first, then install a rear stabilizer, then do shocks or air bags. Do it in that order and don’t skip steps, because throwing parts at it out of order just burns money and may not actually fix the shake.
Do you flat tow or haul a trailer or anything like that?

I rarely tow anything I swear at low speeds around 20mph it almost feels like the tires are out of round at the rear and creates a slight hop I have the front steering absorbing shock that helped a ton I’m having my tires balanced next week where I live no one does alignments so I’ll have to figure that out and make a trip out of it
