The Wesbar license plate bracket part number 003201 that you referenced is a universal license plate bracket just like the Optronics Trailer License Plate Bracket part # LP15SB.
To see if the mounting holes would line up check out the dimension picture I attached. If the dimensions don't match up you could still make the bracket work pretty easily.
