Welcome back Rodney! To replace the hubs on your 2018 Coleman Dutchman 1805RB, you'll need the Easy Grease Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly item # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K.
The Easy Grease Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly item # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K is designed for 3,500 lbs axles and comes with preinstalled bearings and seals. The hub has a 5 on 4-1/2 lug nut pattern and is going to come greased up and ready to be installed. It is sold individually.
Are you planning on replacing your brake assemblies as well? If so we have the etrailer Electric Trailer Brakes item # AKEBRK-35 that are manually adjusted or the item # AKEBRK-35-SA that are self adjusting. Each one will replace one axle's brakes.
