The Demco Hydraulic Brake Actuator w/ Drop - Drum - Zinc - 2-5/16" Ball - 12,500 lbs # DM8102511 can definitely be equipped with an electric lockout. What you are looking for is the following part:

Reverse Lockout Solenoid Kit for Demco Hydraulic Brake Actuators - Non-Bypass # DM5837

This includes the lockout solenoid and a shroud/cover to keep it protected from the elements. There is already an adapter on the back of the actuator (see included image) that will allow this to be screwed right in as well. So the install will be quick and easy!

Are you wanting this for a boat trailer? Tends to be what most people use this kind of actuator with, but not always.
