Hello, would this base plate for a 2inch hitch receiver? Thanks in advance

Hey Rodney. The Blue Ox Base Plate Kit item # BLU86CR will work with a Blue Ox or other brand of tow bar and adapter that fits in a 2" or a 2-5/16" receiver. This baseplate kit is confirmed to fit a 2024 Ram 3500 it'll bolt directly to your truck's frame. However, you're going to need a tow bar as well to connect it to an RV's 2" hitch if that's what you're trying to do.
The highest capacity tow bar that fits a 2" receiver is the Blue Ox Apollo Non-Binding Tow Bar item # BLU22CR. It tops out at 12,500 lbs in capacity so you'll want to make sure you stay below this.
If your motorhome has a larger 2-1/2" receiver, I recommend the Blue Ox Apollo item # BX7470, which has a 15,000 lbs capacity.

I use this base plate with the eTrailer non-binding tow bar. I toad my 2022 RAM 2500 Diesel. The RAM weighs in at 8,500 pounds. The base plate is relatively easy to install and eTrailer has several videos that help with the installation.
