Are these wheels also rated N? I don’t see that listed in the specifications section.

The Kenda Karrier KR35 # KE22XJ does have a speed rating of N (87 mph). However, the speed rating actually comes from the tire, not the wheel. Wheels themselves aren’t assigned a speed rating.
Because of that, the wheel will match whatever speed rating the 13" tire mounted on it is rated for.
What kind of trailer are you towing?
