Is this the correct wiper for a Winnebago Vista 29VE?

Hey Randy, welcome back! It sure is. The ClearPlus item # CP57ZR is just a single 32" wiper. It'll work on both the driver's or passenger side.
I also double checked with ClearPlus and they list item # CP57ZR as the correct replacement for your 2017 Winnebago Vista 29VE. I don't know if you've ever replaced a single wiper and not the pair but I don't recommend it. You'll want to make sure you replace both.
The ClearPlus item # CP57ZR is designed for 1/2" small hook J-Hook style wiper blade arms like the picture below. I linked an installation video we made below so you can see how to get them installed.
