There isn't a beam-style 28 inch wiper blade that fits a 12/4 J-hook, just the frame style. I know that's not what you specifically asked for, but I at least wanted to give you the option, and there are two that fit:

- Wiper Technologies Windshield Wiper Blade # WPR96FR

- ClearPlus 77 Series HD Windshield Wiper Blade # CP77281
