Hey, Brian. Sorry to hear what's going on.

Firestone doesn't have a rebuild kit for the Firestone Heavy Duty Air Compressor # F9499 but there are several replacement parts such as the fittings, airlines, and a pressure. Have you checked for any leaks yet in in the system? If so, where were the leaks you found? It's possible that you need to replace some of the lines or just one of the fittings.

Let me know what you find out!

This isn't the answer you wanted, but I don't believe there is a rebuild kit for the compressor...it's a replacement. Initially, I had the filter head running directly off the compressor (still firestone, just different product line) and it only took one Kansas winter to seize the compressor. Bought this one and ran the airline to high in the engine compartment in an attempt to keep the moisture from inside the compressor. Since I've made this tube routing change this compressor is going on 3 years with my E3 wireless system. Unfortunately, they are expensive and when they work they work...but when they seize or stop working it's just frustrating. It almost feels these compressors (my third one and third different Firestone product line) are built to be replaced, not fixed.

@Mnm1298 I feel like I have to agree with you. A lot of things used to be easily repairable to keep going for years and years. We don't really get that anymore.

@Mnm1298 I'm going to put a york 210 into 2nd alternator location and use that as air compressor on main engine fan belt
