Will it fit my 2025 F-250 short bed? I have a Curt A30 5th wheel. Do I need to purchase a sliding 5th wheel as well?

Yes, it will Justin. The PullRite item # PUL82MR will indeed fit your short bed 2025 Ford F-250. This set of 5th wheel rails is compatible with your Curt A30 item # C66HR. The included custom fit brackets will install in preexisting holes in your F-250's frame. All hardware necessary for installation is included.
It's highly recommended to use a sliding 5th wheel hitch with a short bed truck. It will provide you the additional clearance when you're turning so you don't hit the rear cab of your truck or your bumper.
To convert your Curt A30 item # C66HR to a slider, you can use the Curt S25 Slider item # C43DR. It is compatible with the A30 head. The only drawback is you will drop down to a 25,000 lbs capacity.
