will the front runner roof rack bars hold the weight of a roof top tent? it doesnt say the max weight for the bars. 2004 discovery 2

Hey Julie, yes the Front Runner Roof Rack # FR28MJ that fits your 2004 Land Rover Discovery II does have the capacity to use a roof top tent. I would recommend checking the roof capacity of your Land Rover as well but I would assume it has the needed capacity too. Due to age of your vehicle I wasn't able to find an online cop of the owners manual to check for you.
