Hi, Im struggling to find replacement parts for a tandem axle enclosed utility trailer. I understand exactly what parts I want but Im just not getting the dimensions to line up exactly. Below is the closest Ive found. Maybe close enough..? Are you able to shed any light? I can share some pictures. Thank you K71-359-00 Dexter Heavy-Duty Suspension Kit for Tandem-Axle Trailers - 1-3/4 Wide Double Eye Springs Dimensions that DO match: - Axle spacing: 33 measured hub cap-to-hub cap - Leaf spring width: 1-3/4 - Shackle link: 2-1/4 measured bolt-to-bolt - Equalizer outer shackle bolt holes: 5-3/4 - Shack link assembly bolts: 3-1/4 3-3/8 - close enough.. I find that all the bolts measure the same at 3-1/4. Thats the entire overall bolt length not including grease zerks because the trailer currently has stock dry bolt parts. Dimensions that DONT match: - Wet shoulder bolts: 3-1/4 2-7/8 - Shoulder bolts: 3-1/4 2-7/8 - Equalizer height of side bolt to hanger bolt: 1-1/2 2

Hey Aaron, thanks for all of the measurements. The Curved Equalizer for 1-3/4" Wide Double-Eye Springs item # TREQ104 is the closest option measurement wise to your current equalizer. It's 5-3/4" wide from the bolt holes and 2" tall from the center line to the top bolt hole. The 1/2" in height difference is not going to affect anything.
The MORryde Suspension Upgrade Kit for Tandem Axle Trailers item # MR46ZR is what I recommend using for suspension bolts. It's got 2-1/4" long shackle straps. The shoulder bolts are 9/16" diameter and have a 3-3/8" usable length. The wet bolts are 9/16" diameter and have a 2-15/16" usable length. This measurement is taken from the part of the bolt below the bolt head to the threads.
The suspension bolts included with the item # MR46ZR are a standard size. They're designed to fit spring hangers sized for 1-3/4" leaf springs. This kit has 1/2" thick steel shackle, durable bronze bushings, and greaseable wet bolts that make routine maintenance easy and convenient.

American Hauler, 1520 Mishawaka Street, Elkhart, IN 46514 Night Hawk, NH716TA2 GVWR: 7000 LB 12/8/2016 Some of the shackle bolt holes are ovaled so these are far overdue. I didn't see any cracks or anything obviously wrong with the leaf springs. However, maybe you can recommend those too just in case? Thanks greatly!
