Question:

Thank you Jameson for getting back to me. I did review the specs and measurements you sent prior to me contacting you. The measurements do not all add up. The only measurement that is the same is the distance 5 1/2" from leaf spring hanger eye bolt to eye bolt. The other measurements are not the same. Looking at the existing hangers they are Dexter 13-104. Im assuming I just need this item: Dexter Axle Trailer Suspension - K71-652-00 Would the Equa-Flex Cushioned Equalizers - Double Eye Springs - Tandem Axle - 3K to 6K item # LC279687 kit work too? If so, which one woukd you recommend?

Most likely the Equa Flex equalizers part # LC279687 will fit your 2018 Heartland Prowler lx25 since they are designed to fit most applications. But you'll need to compare the dimensions of what you have to the picture I attached to make sure these are the same so they'll fit. The Never Fail hardware kit part # LC281285 then would work well with this.

Since you have the Dexter 13-104 # TREQ104 the best option is the EZ Flex kit part # K71-652-00 that you referenced. This is an exact replacement and is cushioned like you want so it will be your ideal fit. These also work really well and I tend to prefer Dexter suspension components of Lippert.
