Hello Michael,

I have an option for you, but I do not know of any adapters that go from a 7-way down to a 2-way connector for a spray machine.

I am not sure what kind of sprayer you have, or if it is under warranty. If you do what I suggest, it could void that warranty.

If you only plan on using the sprayer with a 7-way, you could wire a 7-way directly to the sprayer. You could use the Hopkins 7-Way RV Style Trailer Connector with Nite-Glow - Trailer End # HM48502 and wire only the power and ground circuits to the sprayer. On a standard 7-way, the 12V auxiliary power wire is black and the ground wire is white.

I strongly recommend installing an inline fuse on the power wire, sized appropriately for the amperage draw of your sprayer, to protect both the sprayer and the tractor’s electrical system.

Hey Michael, how did things go wiring the 7-way connector to your spray machine? Your results could really help others trying to power similar equipment from a tractor outlet.

@KateF connected a 7-pin round to the tractor, other end 7 pin flat, connected another 7 pin plat to 7 pin flat and other end is a 2 pin sae connection to my sprayer but still no work.
