Hey Pam! It could be an internal failure but it may also be some blown fuses. I would double check all of the fuses, or the fuses for the furnace and lights if they're marked. If the fuses are good then it is probably the converter section of your Magnetek 6345. To avoid completely replacing it you can use the Progressive Dynamics Replacement Section for AC/DC Power Distribution Panel # PD4645V. This is designed to fit your 6345 and will be the simplest solution.
If money is the main concern you could also completely replace it with the PowerMax 30A RV Power Center and Distribution Panel - 45A DC Converter # PM47VR. Will you be installing this yourself or having someone else do the work? Cost savings for this complete unit may be non-existent if you factor in labor for an installation so that is something to consider.

I would agree with Robin H. I would be looking at internal fuses as well. Like your furnace or fireplace. The circuit breaker seemed to do its job . I am not an expert.
