Hello Dustin,
To mount the TecNiq Mini Side Marker Light - Amber - 3/4" - Grommet Mount - 9" Wire # TN22XR, you’ll need to drill a 3/4-inch diameter hole. The rubber grommet is designed to press-fit into this standard hole size, allowing the light to snap securely in place once the hole is clean and free of burrs.
What kind of trailer are you putting these on?

These are going on as side marker lights on an old gooseneck equipment trailer. I just wanted to make sure before I started drilling holes.
