Question:

I have a side fender marker light with a p/n 1A-V-1260AR. Do you carry a replacement for this light? Thanks

Hey, Bill!

I did some searching about the light that you currently have. Part number 1A-V-1260AR is a Kaper II light, unfortunately we don't carry that brand of light. The Peterson light part # 2637R would be a comparable light. We don't have a way to confirm if it will fit in your existing mounting bracket so you may need to get a new one. Which will be part # B154-11. The size of the Peterson mounting bracket is very similar in size and the mounting holes are 3" apart. I wasn't able to find the distance of the mounting holes on the Kaper II bracket.

If you need a light that is half red and half amber then you would want to pick up Optronics Thinline LED light part # MCL65ARB and get bracket part # A65B to go along with it.

Below I attached 3 pictures showing the dimensions of your mounting bracket, the Peterson bracket, and the Optronics bracket to help compare what one will be the best fit.

Hi Bill, yes these are a direct replacement for your bulbs. I have a 2010 Haulmark trailer with the same incandescent bulbs you have. I opted for the Optronics LED lights wince they wiill last longer and are brighter. They easily plugged into the existing mounting bracket and fit securely. I hope this helps.

@PeteS Thanks for your sharing about the fitment, Pete. I had a feeling it wouldn't have any issues fitting but knowing it worked as a replacement for you helps confirm that!
