Recommended Plug and Play Brake Controller for a 2024 Ford Ranger w/ the Factory Towing Package

Question:
Just want to be sure RED67CD is in fact “plug and play” for my 2024 Ranger with the factory towing package, no other wires to run after plugging the harness into my truck

Hey Grady. So long as your 2024 Ford Ranger came with the factory tow package, that included the brake controller plug, the Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty Brake Controller w/ Custom Harness item # RED67CR is exactly what you'll need. The plug you need to have will be under the dashboard on the driver's side, behind the left kick panel near the brake pedal. Some of them are covered in a gray or plastic plug. The wires are taped up with blue tape or tied with shrink tubing. It will look like the connector in the picture below.
