The etrailer Invisible Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # e98948 is indeed the same model as the 9998948. We changed the part number on our website a little as it was similar to another part number we carry.
What are you wanting to install this on? It looked like you had a 2023 Jeep Gladiator in our fit-guide, but wanted to make sure. I have all the Jeeps it will fit listed below, just in case. Oh and do you have all the other parts needed to get set up for flat towing?
