Are these chains rated for off-road use? I can’t tell by the description. Thanks.

Yes, they are John. The Titan Chain Heavy Duty Tire Chains w Cams item # TC74FR can be used both off road and on road. These chains will work with both the 275/70-18 and 285/60-20 tire sizes that come on the 2025 Ram 2500. Amongst quite a few others. However, they will not fit the smaller 245/70-17 factory tires.
The Titan Chain item # TC74FR are going to work great to cut through deep snow. The ladder pattern and thick links are also going to break through ice to get you extra traction.
