Question:

In the videos, they are mounting the ball mount adapter with pins. Was this for ease of measuring or can I tow with this mounted with pins or do I need bolts. If I use bolts, what do I need? 3/4inch #8 hardness? Thanks.

You can use pins and clips with the Ball Mount Adapter for Convert-A-Ball Hitch, part # BA-1.

The pins I recommend are part # CABPN-2. These pins include the clips that can hold it securely in place.
