Question:
Hello. I currently own a 2015 Ford Explorer V6 WITHOUT adaptive cruse control. I want to safely flat tow it behind my diesel bus. I pick out the items I think I need. Can you let me know if I need anything else? Thanks. 4427-3A DM26VR RM27NQ RM-15267 RM-645

Happy to help out, Daniel!
Looks like you got the majority of the parts you need. There are just a few outliers that you will need. I'll include a complete list that will have the parts you mentioned above, additional parts you will need, as well as some parts that are optional.
All required parts:
Part # RM27NQ - Roadmaster Falcon 3HD Tow Bar
Part # 4427-3A - Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit
Part # RM-645 - Straight Safety Cables
Part # RM-15267 - Roadmaster 4-Diode Universal Wiring Kit
Part # DM26VR - Demco Air Force One
Part # RM-88400 - Roadmaster Brake-Lite Relay Kit (Keeps your towed car's brake signal from overriding the turn signal sent by your RV)
Part # RM-156-25 - Battery Charge Line Kit (keeps your battery charged as you're towing)
Optional non-required parts:
Part # e76FV - etrailer Tow Bar Cover for Roadmaster and etrailer Tow Bars
Part # RM-302 - Quick-Disconnect Padlocks for Roadmaster Tow Bars
You may need a high-low adapter as well. The tow bar needs to be with in the "safe zone" which is 3" above and below level. Your base plate is going to be 20" off the ground once installed on your Explorer. To get the height of your RV hitch you will want to measure from the center of the trailer hitch receiver to the ground.
For example, if your tow bar is 20" off the ground but your RV hitch is 25" off the ground, you will want a high low adapter that has a 2-5" drop. If that was the case, you would want to get part # e85ZV.
If you have any questions at all or would like help picking out a high-low adapter, just let me know your RV hitch height and I'll find the right one for you!
Happy towing!

Hey Daniel, how did your flat tow setup for the Explorer come together with the Air Force One system and the other parts listed? Did the height difference between your RV hitch and base plate end up needing a high-low adapter? Your update could make it easier for the next person planning a similar setup.
