Hey Gary. The Draw-Tite Front Hitch item # 65031 is going to mount a bit higher on your 2004 Toyota Tundra compared to the Curt item # 31180.
The Curt Front Hitch item # 31180 is 14-3/4" off the ground when measured from the top of the inside of the 2" receiver.
The Draw-Tite Front Hitch item # 65031 is just under 15" off the ground measured from the same spot.
What do you plan on using your front hitch for?

Thanks for the expert reply. I thought there might be a bigger difference between the two receivers because the Draw-Tite requires removing the skid plate and the Curt does not. I want to use the receiver to attach a removable winch and my preference is to not have a low hanging and visible hitch assembly. Seems like either product will work satisfactorily.
