Yes, it will Bruce. However, you will also need to install the Westin MAX Winch Mounting Tray item # W25VM first. The Westin MAX Bull Bar for MAX Winch Mounting Tray item # 46-43740 will bolt right to it. It comes with all hardware necessary to complete the installation.
The Westin MAX Winch Mounting Tray item # W25VM is custom fit for the 2022 Ram 2500 Limited. It is compatible with the diesel engine equipped trucks. This works with winches that have a 8,000 lbs to 12,000 lbs capacity.
