Yes, it will John and thanks for the information! The Shocker Hitch 5th Wheel to Gooseneck Coupler Kit w/ Demco eZ-Latch item # SHK99YR is indeed compatible with a Lippert 1621shd bolt pattern. From the top mounting hole to the coupler you'll need at least 22"of height and a maximum of 25". I attached a diagram below.
You will also need the Safety Chain Kit for Shocker Hitch 5th Wheel to Gooseneck QuickAir Hitch item # SHK35MR. These are required for towing with a gooseneck connection and are not included with the item # SHK99YR.
