I just want to make sure this will fit ny 5th wheel. I’ve attached pics of my Rhino box. I have a 40’ GD, 16800 GVWR. I tow with a Ram, 8’ bed.

Hey Charles. I didn't receive any pictures but they make those Rhino Boxes pretty easy to identify when they slap that giant label on the side pin box. If you would like to email me the pics directly you can send them to the email address you receive this response from.
The Shocker 5th Wheel to Gooseneck Pinbox item # SHK23MR will indeed fit a Rhino pin box bolt pattern. It has up to a 24,000 lbs towing capacity and a 6,000 lbs pin weight.
Please note you will also need the Safety Chain Kit for Shocker Hitch 5th Wheel item # SHK35MR. Safety chains are required for gooseneck connections and they are not included with the pin boxes.

That is what I installed on our 2021 GD. It is a 34'9" 14000 lb. Tows well, really smiths out the ride with 25 lbs of air in it.
