Are PackBrake Air Bags Compatible w/ Air Lift Wireless Compressors?

They sure are Josh. The Pacbrake Alpha HD Pro Air Bag Suspension Kit w/ Internal Jounce Bumpers item # PB25VV use the same size fittings as Air Lift air bags. They will work with Air Lift Wireless Compressors like item # AL58WQ.

The Pacbrake item # PB25VV air bags are confirmed to fit your 2018 Chevrolet Silverado 3500, however they do require drilling into your frame if you have 5th wheel brackets that run along the outside of the frame. The Firestone item # F2613 are a comparable alternative that does not require drilling if you have an in bed hitch.

Does your Chevy 3500 have a gooseneck or 5th wheel hitch?

Yes I do have a B&W gooseneck hitch. Does the Firestone option also have the same connection size? Is it rated by consumers similarly to the Pacbrake?

@JoshuaS Yes, they do have the same size connection. Firestone's Air Bags like item # F2613 rated better for heavier duty trucks like your 3500. The bags are constructed better. There's also an option for a 7,500 lbs capacity kit item # F2709, which would be worth considering depending on how heavy of a trailer you're towing.
