is this the hose that goes between the propane tanks on a 21 reflection 303 rls 5th wheel ,

Hi William, welcome back! We don't have a way of knowing what hoses are where on your 2021 Grand Design Reflection 303RLS. From their parts list I can see they use several 3/8" Female SAE Flare Swivel x 3/8" Female SAE Flare Swivel hoses like the # 37207-30945 in the setup so it is likely this is what you're looking at but you will need to identify it first to be sure.
