Propane Adapter Fittings and Hoses for Tankless Water Heater

I purchased and just received from etrailer a 1/2 female swivel 3/8 MNPT Propane hose. It doesnt fit my 1/2 fitting on my propane tankless water heater. Do you know why? Do I need an adapter or does this hose need to be returned? Sincerely

The Propane Hose - 1/2" Female SAE Swivel x 3/8" Male NPT - 3' # 37207-31445 I found on your invoice will fit on a male 1/2 inch fitting and a 3/8 inch female NPT fitting. It sounds like you may simply need the MB Sturgis Propane Hose Assembly - 1/2" Female Flare Swivel x 3/8" MPT - 3'# 100383-36-MBS for the different 1/2 inch fitting.
I don't know what is on your tankless water heater because we don't carry any, but we do have many adapters. I've linked the page to those adapters to assist.
