Good morning, Trevor. If your trailer’s right at 10,000 lbs, go with the Transformer # PA66VR. It’s rated for 15K and uses dual motors and stabilizer bars, so it keeps traction a lot better when turning or on gravel. The Force # PA96VR is great up to 5K and will struggle with that much load or tongue weight.

Both use the same 6-1/2inch drive tires and Smart Brake plug, but the Transformer gives you wireless control and way more torque, along with the option to pull 5th wheel and gooseneck trailers.

Do you normally move it on pavement or crushed stone? That can make the choice even clearer.

Most of the time it’s on level pavement, just need to back it into a tight spot next to my garage. Would the Force be okay then or still too light-duty?

@Trevor If it’s strictly flat pavement, the Force could technically move it, Trevor, but you’d be pushing it far past its 5K limit - both for power and traction. The Transformer’s dual-motor setup won’t bog down or strain as much, so it’s the safer long-term choice for a 10K enclosed. Do you usually move it loaded or empty?
