Hello Michael, thanks for reaching out. We may have springs and hubs for you, but looking thru the axles we carry we do not carry a leaf spring axle that would line up with a 41" wide frame. The closest we have would be the CE Smith 1.8K axle # CE33201GA-HUB which is for a 46.5" spring center.

As far as the axles and hubs, I would need to know the weight capacity if your axle, as well as the eye-to-eye length of the current springs. The best thing to do is jack up one side of the trailer so you can measure the springs without a load.

For the hubs I would need to know the axle capacity and bearing sizing. This will of course be dependent on what axle you get. For example, the Easy Grease Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K is for a standard 3,500 lb axle. It has a 10" drum and uses the # L68149 (1.378" inner diameter) inner bearing and # L44649 (1.063" inner diameter) outer bearing.

I know we can't provide the axle, but if you can provide me with the specs for your springs and hubs I am happy to look into it and see if we have anything for you.

Hey Michael, were you able to get the measurements for your trailer springs and hubs? Once you have those specs, I can help narrow down what will fit best. Let me know what you find so we can get you closer to the right setup.

@JesseM I will be buying a custom axle and spring set. premade options from any supplier will not work

@Michael That makes sense, Michael — sounds like a custom setup is definitely the way to go in your case. Once you get the axle and spring set sorted out, I’d love to hear how it turns out!
