Hello, Do you have a 3D CAD drawing for the A35RD545 Timbren axles? I need to make sure these will fit on the trailer my company is designing. Thank you for any help you can provide.

Hey Houston!

We have a lot of specs and dimensions but unfortunately, we don't have a 3D CAD drawing available for the Timbren Axle-Less Suspension # A35RD545.

Here are some of the key specifications and measurements:

Weight capacity: 3,500 lbs per pair

Spindle: 4" drop

Hub face: 6" outward from the trailer frame

Overall mounting length: 13"

Mounting height: 5"

Spindle centerline: 1/4" below the frame at rest

Suspension travel: 1-3/4"

Mounting bolt holes: 1/2" diameter

Wheel bolt pattern: 5 on 4-1/2"

I've also included dimensional diagrams showing the mounting points, spindle positioning, and other measurements to help with your design.

One important consideration is that these systems require crossbeam reinforcement, either through an existing trailer crossmember, suitable framing reinforcement, or 2" x 2" steel tubing through the suspension assemblies.

Hopefully these measurements help you get started! Most manufactures do not share CAD files with us or anyone for that matter.
