TSR2000S04 So these won't work with the stock saddles? We do have to grind them off and weld on the new saddles?

That is correct Robert. Your old saddles or spring hangers are most likely going to be in the way so you'll have to remove them and then grind down the welds to install the Timbren Silent Ride Suspension item # TSR2000S04. You'll want to get the frame as smooth as possible especially if you're welding.
The Silent Ride Suspension item # TSR2000S04 can be either welded or bolted onto your trailer using the built in brackets. This system is designed for single-axle trailers with 1-3/4" diameter axle. It has a 2,000 lbs capacity.
