What Kind Of Controller Comes With The Meyer Base Line And Blaster Salt Spreaders For 2" Receivers?

Question:
What kind of controller comes with the Base Line 400? I’d like to know if it’s the same as the Blaster units.

Troy, they’re similar but not identical. The # ME26FR Base Line uses the BL electronic controller, which mounts in the cab and gives you On/Off, Faster/Slower, and Vibrate buttons - that last button powers an optional vibrator kit if you add it later. The Blaster controller adds a Blast mode and an auto-stop feature tied to your brake signal, along with a vibrator function right out the box.
Would you like the optional vibrator wiring to be pre-run when you install yours? It’s easier to add now than later.
And what type of material are you working with?

That helps a lot, thanks. I’ll mostly be running dry rock salt, so I probably don’t need the vibrator right away. Sounds like the Base Line and controller will do everything I need.
