Yes, it will Charles! The actuator included with the DeeMaxx Disc Brake Kit w/ Actuator for Tandem Axle Trailers item # DE46AR is indeed compatible with the factory brake controller included in the 2022 GMC Sierra 2500. You'll just want to make sure you have it on the EOH setting.
