have disc break conversion kit. what is the black rubber washer for that is in with the bearings and lug nuts. de68yr?

Hello Bob, thanks for getting in touch. I am looking at the DeeMaxx Disc Brake Kit # DE68YR right now and I am not seeing anything included with this kit I would describe as a black rubber washer. Could it be one if the rubber rings fell out of the caliper somehow? Without looking at the piece it is hard to say.
