Need Rail Adapter For Reese 16K 5th Wheel Hitch In 2026 GMC Sierra 2500 With OEM Puck System

Question:
Have a Reese 16k hitch rail mount. Old truck ! New gmc sierra3500 with puck mount. What rail can I use with my Reese hitch. Can I use the curt rail for this?

Hello Terry, thanks for reaching out. Yes, you can use the Curt rail adapter # C88KR for this. It will drop right into the pucks in your new 2026 GMC 3500 and will give you the attachment point for your 5th wheel hitch. The adapter will work with really any 5th wheel hitch designed for industry standard 5th wheel rails, just like your Reese hitch.
