Hi Adam!

The EcoHitch Hidden Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - 2" # EH87SR will fit a 2022 to 2026 Ford F150 Lightning, so you are good to go with your 2024! We haven't had the chance to install this on a Lightning yet, but I did include an install video we did on a 23 F150 for you to check out.

What are you going to be using the hitch for?

Thanks, Lazer. I'd be using the front hitch for a SNOWSPORT® HD UTILITY PLOW. Any concerns?

@AdamF This has a line pull capacity of 7,500 lbs, a vertical load capacity of 750 lbs, and a gross trailer weight: 10,000 lbs so I don't foresee any issues using it with the 84" SnowSport HD Utility Snowplow # SS48GV or the Electric Winch version # SS39PV. Where you located? We are hearing that we are going to get a pretty harsh winter here in Missouri.

We are in NJ. One more question. Are there any concerns with galvanic corrosion between the aluminum frame and the mounting hardware or hitch?

@AdamF That is a valid concern, unfortunately. We haven't had anyone come back and say it caused any issues (this goes for rear hitches and 5th wheel rails/brackets as well), but definitely keep it as clean as possible. The salt from your New Jersey roads can and will speed the process of these reacting to each other, so be aware of that. This will sound odd, but I would grab some corrosion block from aircraftspruce.com and spray it around the contact points after the install. Keep it in your glove box and spray it on every time you clean your truck. It should keep all that to a minimum.
