Hey Perry, the bolts of the Mounting Bolts and Hardware for 12" Brake Assemblies # BRKH12 that you referenced are Grade 5. You can tell this by looking at the bolt head. It has three lines on it which means Grade 5.
Yes this could be used with the bracket # KCMB12S that you referenced as well.
