Looking at airbag kit AL26RF. Is this kit compatible with a 2023 F450 Super Duty Cab and chassis with the 7.3L gas engine?

Hello Dustin, thanks for reaching out. I am sorry to say the Air Lift # AL26RF will not fit the 2023 Ford F450 cab and chassis. Sadly, there is no air bag kit confirmed to fit the cab and chassis model.
The only suspension enhancement option we have for the cab and chassis model is the Timbren # TFRSDJ. These are 12,000 lb rated rubber jounce springs. They will help to level and stabilize the rear of your truck so they will help with handling and reduce sway.
