Does Fogatti InstaShower RV Water Heater Have Built-In Freeze Protection For Cold Winter Camping?

Question:

I camp year-round in Colorado. Does the Fogatti FG76FR have any built-in freeze protection, or do I need to drain it every trip?

Jenna, you’ll like this - the # FG76FR has an automatic antifreeze cycle that kicks in when temps drop near 43°F. It’ll fire briefly to keep water lines from freezing, as long as propane and 12V are supplied. That said, for long winter storage, draining is still recommended but at least you won't have to worry when consistently using it during the cold months. The white-door model # FG66FR has the same feature.

Since you camp in real cold, do you keep your rig heated all winter, or does it sit parked between trips? That's where it can get a little tricky on when to winterize / drain it.
