Troubleshooting Trailer Hub Grease Cap Falling Off

Question:
i have 5 car hauler with 3 axle , the bearing cap keep falling and itis annoyiny because dot they put you out of service , is there any thing i can do , is there any thing in the market i can tie it real strong or may be round something from the wheel lognut over the bearing cap prevent it from falling

Hey Sammy, is it possible you are using a cap that is too small and it's able to fall out? Or is it possible you are overfilling the hub with grease and that is causing the cap to push itself off? Have you at the same time been having issues with the seal failing? Are all of the caps falling off?
