What is a Suitable Replacement Jack to Replace My Lippert Smart Jack on My ATC Car Hauler?

Question:
I’m trying to find a suitable replacement for my smart jack on an ATC car hauler with a gvwr of 13,200. I was wondering if this is pretty much a direct replacement as far as install dimensions are concerned. The smart jack is apparently non serviceable and the button failure seems quite common on the smart jack.

Yes, the etrailer Electric Trailer Jack - A-Frame - 18" Lift - 5,000 lbs # e55ZV would be an excellent replacement for your Lippert Smart Jack. The install will be very straightforward since the tube diameter is the same, and the bolt hole spacing will line up perfectly with your existing mount. That means you’ll be able to drop it right in without needing to drill new holes or make any modifications.
