Hey Tyler. We do not have any center caps that fit a 4.58" diameter pilot hole. You said you measured and got an outside diameter of 116.38 mm. What exactly did you measure? Center caps like the item # LHCS109-SI60C you were looking at are sized by measuring the inside of the pilot hole in the center of a rim with a digital caliper item # PTW80157.

You can add this information and any other questions you have where it says Reply to Jerred H and I'll be happy to answer them.

Hey Tyler, did you have a chance to check the measurement of the inside of the pilot hole with a digital caliper? I'm asking because knowing the right measurement can really help others who are trying to find the correct center cap for their trailer wheels.
