1: I have 2 Sprinter 2024 144w.b. 4500: One cargo van and the other one cab and chassis. Does this hitch fit both sprinters? What about the crew and passenger models are they all the same ? Does the length of the van change the hitch? 2: This was mentioned in the listing: Hitch does not fit models with 30-3/8inch frame, measured outside to outside of frame. No drilling through vehicle frame required for installation Do you know what options chosen would make a sprinter with the 30-3/8 frame? What size is it supposed to be to fit instead of the 30-3/8?

Hey Pat. The Draw-Tite Hitch item # 75549 does not fit the 2024 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 4500 and we do not have a custom fit hitch that does. It fits the 2016 - 2025 Sprinter 2500 and 3500 vans with a 144" and 170" wheelbase and the standard bumper.
I don't know how or if you can make the item # 75549 hitch fit a model with a 30-3/8" frame. My only solution is to recommend a universal hitch like the Curt item # C47CR. This fits frames from 18-44" and has a 2" receiver. It is a weld-on hitch and the bracket height is comparable. It has a drop of 9" from where it attaches to your frame.
How tall is your frame and how far is the bottom of the frame from the bottom of your bumper? You may need to go with taller brackets.

Hey Pat, did you have a chance to measure your frame and see if the universal Curt hitch worked for your Sprinter? I'm curious to know if it was a good fit, as it could help others with similar vehicles.
