Hi John!
The Steel Trailer Wheel - 8" x 3-3/4" Rim - 5 on 4-1/2 - Galvanized Finish # AM20008 that the Kenda 5.70-8 Bias Trailer Tire with 8" Galvanized Wheel - 5 on 4-1/2 - Load Range B # AM30110 uses actually has zero offset. So the lug nut mounting area sits in the middle of the wheel.
Are you needing a wheel with offset?

I was hoping the answer would be zero offset. I've already purchased the wheels based on a search engine search that brought up a old page from your site that said zero offset. I moved forward to take advantage of the free shipping.
