Question:

I sent a message yesterday and never heard back. I have a 2014 Ram 3500 with a camper shell. I would like to get a set of crossbars . D what set do you recommend? I want them to lock on but dont want to spend and arm and a leg.

Hi Jesse; I don't see another message under your name or email and we just got to this one today, sorry about that. Adding crossbars to your camper shell will be a little pricey one way or another since you have to add tracks. The best system, and most cost effective, will be the Rhino-Rack.

You have two options, the # Y02-480B comes with 54" Vortex aero bars and the # Y01-140B comes with their 65" HD bars. The aero bars will be quieter, get better gas mileage, and have a lower profile. The HD bars have more space if you need it but that is the only real advantage here. If you get the Vortex bars and want metal lock cores for added security you can swap out the plastic ones with # RRVA-LEC4.
