Lithium Compatible Replacement For WF-8735/8740 Converter In 2018 Tab 320 Camper

Question:
I currently have a WF-8735/8740 Converter in my 2018 Tab 320 Camper, but its not Lithium compatible. Could you tell me what would be the best application for me? I bought lithium batteries, but dont want to install until I change out the converter. The WFCO upgrade with Auto Detect has a long history of problems, so I want to avoid that route. Hello Kevin, thanks for reaching out. We do have a lithium compatible replacement for your WF-8735/8740 Converter. This will require replacing the entire converter/power center. For that I recommend the following:
- Progressive Dynamics 4000 Series Mini RV Converter w/ Charge Wizard and AC/DC Distribution Panel # PD4045KA
This unit requires a 10-3/4" long x 7-1/4" tall cutout which is different from what you have now meaning your cutout will need to be modified for this to work.
