Hey Don, welcome back! The answer to your question entirely depends on which Jack-It bike rack you have. If your is the Lets Go Aero Jack-It PLUS item # LGA47ZR or Jack-It Pro 2 item # LGA55VR, then the answer is yes. From the top of the mounting plate to the top of the etrailer Electric Trailer Jack item # e23ZV is only 20" so you'll have plenty of room.
