I have a Q20 puck system on 2016 F350, and I want to upgrade to A25. Question is, can I use the legs base I have now? The width on the A25 seems to be 3/4” shorter.

Yes, you can use your current legs; I verified with Curt that for the puck system on your Ford truck, the Curt Q20 # C16530-16017 and Curt A25 # C16036 5th wheel hitches both use the same legs, the Curt OEM 5th-Wheel Hitch Legs for Ford Super Duty Towing Prep Package # C16017.
So you can use the legs you have now, and upgrade simply by adding the A25 head unit, which is the following part number:
